FAQ
Q: Coaching vs Physical Therapy- which is right for me?
A: Coaching focuses on helping your little reach a movement or activity goal, while formal Physical Therapy focuses on treating medical injuries.
Q: What are the benefits of coaching versus formal therapy services?
A: Coaching services allow Compass to offer private and group sessions with more accessibility- this means we can see you more quickly, and at a lower cost, while bringing all of the knowledge and skills that come from working in pediatrics for over a decade!
(Note: coaching services are not formal physical therapy and cannot be billing to insurance, or covered by HSA/FSA funds)

About
Celeste Norelius, PT, DPT
Hi! I’m Celeste Norelius, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and I’m so excited to meet you! I am lucky to truly love my work, and I am continually inspired by the creativity, energy, and resilience of the children with whom I have the privilege of working with.
My goal is to help families feel more confident in their child's motor development. Through education that supports the specific stage your child is in, and providing tips and tricks to best support their growth, I'm confident that you will leave with new activities you can use right away that support your child's growth and development!
With over a decade of experience working exclusively in pediatrics I have had the chance to work in a variety of settings; I especially love early intervention (0-3 years) and have specialty training to support infants with torticollis, as well as young children working on bowel and bladder control.
